It is the same. Soon after the "leslie effect simulator" appeared in 
PE we got a letter from CBS's attorneys (Flynn and Phlam, if you can 
believe it) stating that CBS had rights to the trademark "Leslie" and 
that we were infringing this trademark because the was no such thing 
as a "Leslie effect". As a result, the name was changed to 
"Synthespin", which really was a cooler name anyway.

I think there was mention of the "motion filter" here over the last 
few days (we've been having server _nighmares_) and this is a similar 
situation. This device was originally called the Mojo Filter but we 
received notice for a bunch of attorneys on behalf of a guy who had 
trademark status on "mojo" for musical gear. So Mojo became Motion 
(not as cool a name).
