Hi,
the 1458 is just a dual op amp, should be easy to find or to replace
with somthing similar.

But this seems to be a problem with the power supply unit, hopefully it
didn't fry more than a cheap op amp. To prevent further damage, it may be
wise to check the PSU disconnected from the other circuits (don't know if
there's a removable PSU connector in the OB-X).
