Adding external trigger/gate/cv jacks

Hello,

I have a Jen sx-2000 (I doubt if you are familiar with it, simple one
oscilator mono synth) and I want to add external cv/gate & or trigger
jacks to it. I am the orriginal owner and I have the full schematics,
but when I open the thing up, it is not apparent to me where these
parts of the circuit board are! Can anyone pont me in the right
direction toward finding these things (where on the circuit board are
the connections for cv/gate?)? Also, I would like to add an external
audio in to the filter. Will this involve added circuitry, or can I
simply find the filter's input point and wire up a jack to it? It
doesn't have a level mixer for the oscilator, so I would probably have
to add some sort of switch to turn off the vco when I wanted to filter
external sounds without the vco, right? Actually with all these
thoughts of modding it, I am thinking I would like to make it
completely patchable, but I guess I should take it one step at a time!
