Standard rack-mount holes can be made perfectly with a milling machine.  
It wouldn't hurt to ask around to see if any of your heavily tool-laden 
buddies have one.  Or, as has been stated earlier, perhaps a local high 
school or college campus has one in their shop that they wouldn't mind 
letting you use either for free or a small fee.
