Hi everybody,

Can anyone decipher this alphabet soup and determine if there is
information that can point to where all my bounced messages are occurring?

Does anyone know who "steve at winserver.com" or his ISP is?  He is always
referenced in these bounces.

My sincere apologies for this off-topic mundanity and my relative ignorance
in things email.
