a beginner question - scopes

Ditto that!!! (The Tek salesmen loath me.) I have a special circuit
great for showing how digital 'scopes compare to analogs at:
http://home.att.net/~theremin1/circuitlibrary/wheel.htm.

On the other hand, digital 'scopes can be invaluable for fast,
non-recurring events. Just don't try to use them for viewing
crossover distortion!
