IC and Trasnsister updates

A company called "D.A.T.A."
has one of the most comprehensive CD ROM and hard-copy databases
for semiconductors and other devices. These guys are TOP NOTCH
in service! BIG bucks, though! Most of their customers are large
corporations and universities.

Their address:

D.A.T.A.
15 Inverness Way East, Englewood CO, 80112
Phone 800-447-4666, 303-799-0381
Fax 303-799-4082

At the other end of the cost spectrum: The NTE replacement semiconductor
database is a FREE download, but it is basically only good for finding the
NTE
equals or semi-equals. If you want, I'll dig up the URL, or simply use your
search
engine.
