4016, switching audio and VCO signals

Hi

I' m not sure 4016/4066 will work well with MIDI , the bandwith seems too
straigth
about 30kHz , MIDI freq is 31.9kHz... if i remind well...
But if you want to digitaly switch MIDI signal you can use 4051..4053 i've
tested  and it work well
(use a +5V/GND psu for the 405x and some Schmitt trigger (ie: 74HCT14) for
regenerating
the signal ....
