aluminum plates and profiles

Which leads nicely into my question.. where can I get large pieces of 19"
aluminum suitable for panel mounting? Would need to be fairly sturdy,
since I don't like my panels to flex at all when I insert/remove jacks. I
would prefer to be able to purchase them in 1U width increments. I'm
definitely looking to do this on the cheap, so any info is welcome. I
realize this is probably a FAQ, but I couldn't find info on it anywhere.

Thanks,
Andrew
