Sorry for the bum steer, Jorgen.
My copy is 3rd edition, 1986.
The material in it is pretty well covered (and exceeded) by
the Franco book (2nd ed 1998).

A good source for electronics books new & secondhand is 
Powell's technical Books in Seattle (I think seattle, near there anyway)
they have a web catalog. I bought a pile of stuff there and about
half of them were good (you can't tell much from the titles sometimes).
There were two I **HAD** to have, so i chanced a few others as well.

BTW Jung also did one specifically on audio applications of op amps,
but no specifically synth stuff.
