I recieved the IC opamp cookbook from Amazon.com today! It is out of of print, but they found an used copy for me. I have only looked through it. I don't doubt that it is good, but it is rather old. It was written 1974 and that was before the jfet and cmos opamps came out. So there is no information about them. Just thought you might want to know.
