I built the Mad Mouse last weekend. I have spent the last few
days tweeking this and that and it's finally ready. I'll
complete the pages over this weekend and finish posting it Monday.
The Mad Mouse is a micro version of a standard normalized synth.
2 - VCOs 2-LM13600s - VCO-5a type
1 - VCF LM13600 - ms20 lowpass type
2 - VCAs LM13600 - one for output and one for LFO mod
2 - ADs LM556/TLO74
1 - LFO TLO74
The idea for the MM was to build a cheep small simple synth for
beginner DIYers. It's very small the board is 6x4" the case is
7 1/4 x 4 1/4. It's also cheep under $45. However small and
cheep do not equal a beginners project, it's still seems a little
too complicated. I have been talking with a local PCB maker
about doing the board, I would have to charge $25-30 but I may
do it anyway.
If you want to look at it I posted some pics. More on Monday.
