VCOs and sawtooth frequency doubler

Hi!

Some time ago there where talk about high speed VCOs etc. I proposed a
cursuit that would double the frequency of a sawtooth. As one can
figure out, this solution has its pros and cons. However, for thus
that would like to test it I made a schematic available at:

Oh, I haven't built it, so there is a bogus factor.
