In a way it would be hard to make a good product if you where not
beleiving in it (or being a good mental prostitute). If you where not
trying to make a synth that you would like to have yourself, how would
you get it right? Well, you could now the trade well, but it doesn't
work well in the long run.

There are about zillions things they could be doing. Like help out
writting software etc.
