thunder and patches

Some simple patches are in the formant books.

I've got three startup books at home which also show simple
patches.

If you use high reso, you'll get more and more an instable sine wave.
Very narrow bandwidth.
Sounds like whistling at higher freq.
No wonder that this doesn't sound like th\under.

A broad band bandpass (LP and HP chained) could work better.
Just an idea.
