Maxx VCF-8A KLM type

The VCF-8A is based on the KLM filter. The filter can be configured
high or low. Build two and put 'em in series high-pass/low-pass.
It was in that last batch of stuff marjan sent me. He said it sounded 
really good so I gave it a shot. I REALLY like this filter! I will do 
a dual LM136OO version! It falls somewhere between the OBX type and
the ms5O type, the best of both. Breaks into self-osc. about 75% on 
the res pot DANGER! it's LOUD.  

Modifications.

 used 2X 3O8O/O72 instead of 136OO
 changed the exp-conv.
 changed a few res loop values.
 added hi/low select switch.

PCB is untested.
