I asked about boosting op amp output current (and voltage).
The answers were LT1010 and (after digging) National App. Note
272.

Further I found this quite usefull (well, a bit dust is on
there, but never the less)

I came across App. Note 31. This is a collection of op amp
circuits. A bit outdated, but may be inspiring.

App. Note 242 shows a current meter 100pA-3mA.

App. Note 182 deals with power supply reliability.
