76477 Super Controller PCB???

Hi guys!

I received my 76477 chips from John Blacet and am gearing up
to build the "Super Contoller Module" from the Thomas Henry
book "Build A Better Music Synthesizer".  Does anyone have a
printed circuit board print on that circuit?  I will probably perf-board
it anyway since I am not into the chemicals of etching a board, but
it is always nice to have a roadmap to go by when perf-boarding.
