seeking dual linear concentric pots w/knobs

I actually use these dual pots in my sequencer, using the outer for coarse
and the inner for fine tuning. The ones I have are fairly easy to move, so
if you aren't careful, adjusting one, you can mess up the other (stray
finger or whatever). The real problem with these is knobs - I don't have
any. The inner shaft uses 6mm splined, but the outer is just at tube with a
couple of slits (as per car radios).
