hyperflanger, seeking info

I received a Paia hyperflanger from a friend.
I am looking for info on:
power voltages
jack and knob assignment ( no markings on the rack panel ). I
think it was built before Paia made a kit from the original article.

perhaps someone has the instruction sheets some where and could provide
the info.

BTW - also got the Paia parmetric and quadrafuzz ( both have factory
panels w/ labeled
controls.)
