Nice simplified circuit!

However, I'd like to point out that the LM3900-based ARP filter is
actually the 4075 (4072 for the 2600). The 4023 is a 2-pole biquad
used in the early Oddies.

BTW, you might want to lower those 4K7 resistors for a wider cut-off
range.
