Maxx VCF-7A ARP 4023 Type

The VCF-7A is based on the ARP 4O23 4 pole LM39OO lowpass filter.
I have wanted to do the early Odyssey filter for a long time. Thanks
to marjan for sending it to me. The 4O23  has a quality all it's
own you probibly won't be able to hear it from a 8 bit wave file but
you'll get the general idea. I made a few modifications to the original.

Changed the over all bias radically.
Removed the op-amps.
Changed the exp-converter.
Added a resonance loop.

I didn't match anything all transistors were selected at random.
Haven't done the pcb yet, maybe this weekend. I'm kinda burnt out on
the Mad Mouse pcb right now.
