Offtopic: Cool new synth? - Roland JP-8080

Hi

The Jp8000/jp8080 are amogst the most useless machines you can come
accross. the only nice thing about them is the Feedback Osc and euhmmm..
euhmmm.. yeah thats it.

They are WAY to overpriced (2000$us +/- last time i checked) for what
they do. At that price I would expect a synth with more than one type of
synthesis, multitimbrality and a more 'professional' look to it. The
8000/8080 looks and sadly plays like toys.

For the same amount of money you can get a k2000 or a MiniWave. IMHO, go
testdrive it before you even consider saving money to buy it.
