Mad Mouse - Final SD

Thanks to marjan who sent me the sh vca the MM is
ready to build. I modified (natch) the vca for vc or 
audio and replaced the LFO OTA and final vca with it
...nice and simple. I picked 18 controls and called 
it done. Ended up with 6 ics and 15 transistors. No
OTAs thanks again marjan!
