Walsh function website update

     All,
     
     I have added some more goodies to my website regarding Walsh 
     functions.  Point your browser at:

     and have a read.  I've also included a Walsh waveform tool, written in 
     Tcl, which you can play with.  You will need to install the Tcl plugin 
     before you can run it - a link to where you can find the plugin is 
     included.
