There's one based on a Gilbert multiplier, using the CA3046 transistor
array in issue 5 of Modulus (www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/Park/2707/).
Haven't tried it yet, but it looks promising.
BTW, anybody know if/when Paul Maddox is going to update the site? (I know
he's had some personal problems, he said he'd be back early in '98)
