One place you'll find them is at the front end of transition-era Tek 'scope
amplifiers. Everytime I see some modules for sale at a hamfest the first
thing I do is check to see if they've been pulled--they usually have. If
you're lucky you'll find some for sale at the same event.

I hate to say it but maybe this is another one of those parts that should
be left for repairs, attractive as they might be. But this IS a free
country...
