Hi all,

Blimey I go away for a week and what do I get, 251 messages, and most of
them berating Tom's nice site.

Anyway, my question, I was reading a Hi-Fi magazine in the library (sad
is'nt it?) and an article about a new pre-amp caught my eye. It uses
Nuvistas, some sort of mini-valve, with all the inherent advantages of
valves/tubes and the compactness of trannies. Small metal canisters about
the size of a BFY33, I think. Pictures can be deceptive. Does anyone know
more about these wee beasties?
