Aries use what appears to be the Dynasyn DY-1210-P Temperature
compensated module which consists of a NPN transistor (loging element)
with a trad three input tempco potential divider, the collector and
emitter are available at pins.  The emitter is also connected to the
base's of 2 PNP transistors whose collector and emitters are available
at pins.

All of the transistors are matched.........
