Your IEC connector scheme looks good. Bond the earth terminal to your
chassis first. Consider separating the power supply ground bus from the
chassis with a 100 ohm resistor to your IEC earth wire bond point. By
floating all control and audio connectors to signal (supply) ground
instead of chassis ground avoids all those nasty ground loop humming
problems. Star grounding your module supply ground returns helps too. I
am just scratching the surface on this topic.
