Most probably. Building synthesizer modules for quite some time,
I'm pretty new to small "stomp box" devices. The more I look at it,
the more I like the topic ...

It's strange how much they vary in their response time. My friend
at MAM has selected dual types from Vactrol for his Resonator,
and he has thrown out a lot of the slow ones.

Interesting explanation. I'll have to try this. I have an OTA-based
phaser that can continuously spread its 6 poles with an extra 
control voltage, so it should be easy to check ...

BTW, do you know of any good books about vintage (guitar) effect
boxes ?
