IMHO you're better off getting an external MIDI interface that
plugs into either the serial or parallel port. There's a MOTU
parallel port unit that does two independant ins and outs; I own
a serial port one from Key Electronics that has one input and
four independant ouputs, for a total of 64 MIDI channels...
