I just wanted to add that I built my MOTM-110 last night. It was a joy
to build something with pre-stripped wires and PCB-mounted pots. It took
me all of 1.5 hours start to finish and works great! The thing is built
like a tank - the mounting bolts pressed into the faceplate are a nice
touch. The instructions were very detailed (though the section about the
zip-ties for the shielded cables could've used a picture - I didn't
quite get it and just left them off). The modules are a little bigger
than I'd prefer - but I can deal, and it's more "retro" this way. It
also leaves room on the faceplate for customizations, and there's plenty
of space back there for a second PCB parallel to the first...
...now if I could just think of some customizations that I want to do...

I've ordered some of those LM1036 IC's (vol, bal, tone) from Digikey
($3.60 each) and will be playing with them next week. I hope to use them
for a two channel mixer / output module that I will be doing on a MOTM
protoboard (these protoboards are great, BTW). I'll post the visio
layouts and gifs when I get it done.

Huh. I rather like that, though two sawtooths is not too exciting, a saw
and a triangle or sine, however I kinda like.
