Making a Yamaha PSR-19 into something

Hello everyone. I'm about to get a new piano. My old "piano" if you can
call it that, is a Yamaha PSR-19 and has no purpose in life. I'd like to
know if anyone can suggest anything useful to do (And how to do it) with
the keyboard and other parts. I was thinking about something that will
sample sounds and playback back at different frequencies depending upon
which key is hit on the keyboard. Or maybe, something that will just
playback a different sample for each key. Anything else will be cool also.
