Really?? I never noticed. I ain't no lighting expert, but I figure the
glow of the filament in an incandescent lamp would be more or less constant
-- they even glow for a little bit after they are turned off. I believe
the same would apply to halogen. I've seen fluorescent lights flicker, but
it seems much slower than 60Hz. Of course, you wouldn't want fluorescent
lights in a studio, anyway.
