digisound board layouts?

does anyone have the following info for these digisound modules?

 
80-19 dual VC LFO .... board layout
80-16 dual res filter....board layout
80-23 quad LFO...board layout          
?model?  VC envelope... any info would be great.

I have front panels and am trying to recreate these to spec. 
I tried to download the digisound book from some webpage and it wouldnt
open. Hook a brother up, oh great ones!
