Ah yes - one of my first "programmed audio" experiences was when I
programmed my C-64 to sing "Happy Birthday" to my girlfriend.
(That's right - a high school music/computer geek with a girlfriend - hard
to believe!  Actually, she was a French Horn player, so we did have some
common ground, sort of.  :-)
