The CA3019 is still avaliable. I also have a few.
I've failed to find all of the original Motorola IC's.
You can do an NTE/ECG cross for at least one of them, if I remember right.

It is possible to sub some of the remaining chips (they are RTL, I
believe), but it matters what it is and where it is in the circuit. I've
had success using TTL and CMOS, but not in all places.
I also once had to make a truly ugly kluge of a substitute using an open
collector gate, diodes and resistors. I don't remember the details, but I
remember that it wasn't fun.
