TR-808, TR-909, possible to build from schematics?

.....a good introduction to this type of thing might be the DIY kits from
Midwest Analog Solutions (search the net)
they have a bass and a snare module, and though they sound "too much" like a
bae and snare, you can tweak the parameters.. and they use ckt techniques like
in the 808
...keep hacking, you'll be "PerfctHero" in no time ;-)
