Dyna Art toner transfer sheets?

i'm looking into methods for DIY printed circuit boards and transferring
designs to alum plates for home-built electronics stuff, & someone
recommended these papers (thanks). i've checked into it at
www.dynaart.com, but i was wondering if anyone has personal experience
with these products. 

they're not too cheap (~$3 per 8 1/2 x 11 sheet), but you can iron them
onto metal sheets or spray them with laquer and then dip in water to
slide a decal-like image off. i'm just wondering about permanence and
how well the image transfers.
