Roland MKS-10 Service Question

I have a Roland MKS-10 and much to my surprise I don't have the service
manual.  I notice that the built-in effects (chorus, flanger, etc.) are
only on one output channel.  The other channel remains uneffected (dry)
regardless of the settings.  Is this the way it should be or is it broken??


If I remember correctly it had that big Roland stereo chorus that we all
learned to love and hate coming out of both channels.  It seems odd that
the effects would only be on one channel.  Any ideas??
