What is 'quality'?

Glad no offense was taken.  The context of the example to the person asking
is that sometimes people are willing to pay more money to achieve a higher
level of quality.  Quality is not something you have or you do not have. 
The key is matching the quality / price to what the customer is demanding. 
For example, my PAiA tube head (I love it) was exactly at the quality to
price ratio I was looking for.  (Although I admit to adding a power
connector.  Wire through grommet and knotted is too cheap for even me). 
Does it have as "much" quality as a high tech studio quality tube preamp
sold for $1000.  Of course not.  But, that is not what I was looking for or
willing to pay.  I am hoping I got a good deal on these modules.  Right now
the power supply is down so nothing works. BUT soon I will be fixing the
power supply and then we will see if any of rest is working.
UPS was kind enough to bust the two lower keys out of the keyboard. So, I
may have to use my PAIA MIDI2CV8 to run these.
