Thanx :)  I just tried getting those, but they were incomplete, impossible
to read on screen, and I couldn't be printed properly.  Someone has already
volunteered to snail mail me a copy from the manual.

If I get a chance I'll translate them into hex and type them up in a text
document with the parameter names so that everyone can use them.
