Cermet vs plastic pots..

Cermet VS conductive palstic pots?  Cermet have a 10% tolerance vs Plastic
with a 20%.  Which would YOU choose and why?   Both are about 4-5 bucks in
Mouser.. 
30x4.50=$135.00
30x1.00=$30.00
  Is the 105 dollar difference in buying these over carbon film really
worth it?  Are carbon film really that noisy?  Really that unreliable?  I
have no problem in spending for the best, but I don't want to waste money
that could go elsewhere..
