Well with all of this talk about MOTM and Doepfer modules and quality etc..
 What are the best pots available to us common folk for a reasonable
price?(not 10 bucks each!)  Should the carbon film pots be avoided at all
costs or are good quality ones not that bad?  How about jacks?  Pomona for
banana and switchcraft for 1/4. Plugs the same.IMHO  On a less important
note,  Radio Shack:  four .75 " black plastic knobs with brass insides and
setscrews- $1.89!!!  Pretty good..  But then again, machined aluminum knobs
with their heft and electro nature probably increase the sonic-whatever and
responce characteristics blah blah.... 
 JK!!  more of that Audiophile mumbo jumbo....
