Matching transistors is simply 2 transistors made in the same house with the
same Hfe (how much the current is amplified from Basis to Emitter). Making
them in the same house also prevent different temperatures exposed to the 2
transistors, which helps them to amplifie? the same amount, very helpful in
differential amplifiers or similar situations where linear operation is
required. In other words: it is like 1 transistor but is 2!
