I read a short interview with Jaron Lanier today in the current 
Designfax magazine.  I wouldn't have connected the name, 
except that I just read it a few hours ago.  They said he coined 
the term Virtual Reality and listed his homepage.  The mag is 
at work and I'm not, so I hope I'm remembering this right.
