You oughta try running a COMPUTER BUSINESS. I run one, no storefront, no
salesmen, no stock. We have a ten percent markup. In the past six
months, we've made about $500. Luckily, it's just a hobby deal, and let's
me get computer parts wholesale. Two things annoy me the most: When you
have, say a printer yer selling, for $250. Then, Future Shop comes in and
sells the same printer $200 - do you know what MY wholesale price on that
printer is? $207 without shipping! My second gripe is going through the
rigmorall to price a system, THEN the guy takes the price, says 'Thanks'
and goes and buys it from Datatek(one of our competitors in town, though
they're markup is usually about 20%). TTYL!
