ASM -1 and MAT-02

In rounding up the parts for my ASM-1 board, I found the Analog Devices
MAT-02 in the Newark online catalog, but there are three versions:  the AH,
EH, and FH.  Can anyone tell me what the differences are, and which is
preferable for the ASM-1? 

I found all the other parts in Mouser's catalog, except for the tempco
resistors.  Any suggestions on finding these?
