What is the appropriate tool(s) to use for cutting non-circular holes in panels to accomodate square/rect switches, level sliders, etc? When you construct your PCBs, what do you use to drill the holes? All I've used is a rather over-engineered drill press. Isn't there something smaller, and more precise I could use?
